30-Day First-Order Guarantee

Try your silk for 30 days. If your first DEWLUME order isn't right for you, email us at supportdewlume@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll email you a free, prepaid return label, and once the return is on its way we'll refund the product price. No restocking fee.

Later orders

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Email us first and we'll send return instructions and a free label.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it, your choice. You won't need to pay for return shipping.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
